The App Experience & Growth Platform team sits at the heart of our mission, transforming our mobile app into a high-performance, personalised, and experimentation-first platform.

Responsibilities :

- Build Experimentation-First Architecture : Design and scale systems for feature flags, remote configuration, and A/B experimentation to enable seamless iterations without app store dependencies.

- Own App Experience and Performance : Be the custodian of critical metrics, including App startup time, Screen load latency, and Crash-free sessions (ANR).

- Enable Personalisation and Growth : Partner with Product and Growth teams to build segmentation frameworks and optimise user funnels (acquisition, activation, and retention).

- Improve Developer Velocity : Build reusable systems such as modular UI components and Server-driven UI (SDUI) to streamline the release process.

- Lead & Build the Team : Lead a high-performing team of Android and iOS engineers. Mentor them to be product-minded, outcome-driven, and obsessed with UX.

Requirements :

- Think in Journeys : You look at user funnels, not just isolated features or code blocks.

- Prioritise Learning : You value the speed of learning and experimentation over just "shipping" code.

- Are Technically Deep : You have 8-10 years of engineering experience with 1-3 years in leadership, specifically scaling consumer-facing mobile apps.

- Have a Growth Mindset : You have demonstrated impact on conversion metrics and app performance. Experience with SDUI, feature flags, or crypto/fintech is a strong signal.

Good to Have :

- Velocity : Achieve a 2-3x increase in experimentation frequency.

- Independence : Enable 40-50% of app changes to be shipped without waiting for app store release cycles.

- Performance : Measurable uplift in app stability and startup metrics.
