- Configure and customize Salesforce FSC to meet specific financial business processes, such as wealth management, retail banking, or insurance.

Integration :

- Integrate FSC with core banking systems, third-party apps, data platforms, and telephony systems (CTI/IVR).

Data Modeling & Architecture :

- Implement actionable relationship maps, householding, and financial accounts within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Development & Automation :

- Build custom applications using LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Workflow automation to improve efficiency.

Compliance & Security :

- Ensure all configurations adhere to financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, data privacy standards).

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical specifications, and provide training to drive adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- Generally 5 to 10+ years in Salesforce development/consulting, with specific, hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.

Technical Proficiencies :

- Apex, LWC, SQL, API integration, and experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Einstein AI is highly valued.

Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of banking, wealth management, or insurance workflows
