Cognizant - Power Platform Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and mentor teams to ensure high-quality project execution and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage delivery expectations.

- Lead the development and implementation of solutions using MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, and Canvas Power Apps. Co-pilot

- Oversee the design and deployment of automated workflows to streamline business processes.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Power Platform technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure the integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.

- Maintain documentation for all development and deployment activities.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption of Power Platform solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Requirement :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering projects on the Power Platform.

- 8+ years of experience in Proven stakeholder leadership and team management experience.

- Hands-on expertise in Co-pilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), SharePoint, Canvas Apps and Dataverse.

- Strong understanding of SQL, DAX, and M language.

- Experience in enterprise-level implementations and system integrations.

Certification :

- Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
