Cognizant - Backend Engineer - SAP BTP/Fiori

Job Description:

Backend Engineers work on one or some of our products. This includes logistics, products, sales, among others. They work with peers on teams dedicated to areas of the product. They work together with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to solve common goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop improvements to the programs for the Port of in both SAP BTP and the SAP EWM system.

- Support the analysis and resolution of production incidents.

- Submit timely analyses of assigned incidents.

- Communicate potential obstacles to successfully completing your work in advance.

Technical Qualifications:

- Experience programming in SAP BTP / FIORI

- Experience programming in SAP BTP / UI5

- Experience programming in SAP BTP / Backend

- Experience programming in SAP ABAP

- Experience programming in SAP RAP

- Experience programming in SAP CAP

- Experience programming in SAP BTP UX & Mobile

- Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process

- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems

- Version control - Experience with Git and any platform such as Github or Gitlab

- Cloud - Experience with any Cloud provider

Preferred qualifications:

- SAP Certified Associate - Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud

- Experience with SAP EWM / S4HANA environments

- User transaction (e.g. /SCWM/PRDO, /SCWM/PRDI, /SCWM/MON, SPRO)

- Microsoft Office
