Cognizant - Azure Support Engineer

Job Description :

Provide day to day application and data platform support for Azure based solutions, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and smooth business operations.

- Provide L2/L3 support for Azure data and analytics platforms

- Monitor and support Azure Databricks jobs and pipelines

- Troubleshoot issues related to Python / PySpark code

- Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions

- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets

- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with development teams

- Support Azure SQL databases (queries, performance issues, data validation)

- Participate in production deployments and post deployment support

- Maintain support documentation and runbooks

- Azure Databricks
