Role Overview :

As the Learning & Development Assistant Manager specializing in SuccessFactors LMS, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand their learning needs, configure the SuccessFactors LMS platform, and create engaging eLearning content. Your work will directly contribute to improving employee performance, enhancing knowledge retention, and driving business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training programs within the SuccessFactors LMS.

- Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning solutions that align with client objectives.

- Configure and administer the SuccessFactors LMS platform, including user management, course assignments, reporting, and system maintenance.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

- Manage the end-to-end learning process, from content creation to delivery and evaluation, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for users.

- Track and analyze learning metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of the SuccessFactors LMS platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging eLearning content using various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

- Proven expertise in configuring and administering the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

- Strong understanding of learning architecture principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze learning data and generate insightful reports to measure training effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
