Role Summary :

We are seeking a visionary Solutions Architect to join our leadership team at Cognida.ai. In this role, you will act as a "Technical Strategy Hub," bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI/Analytics research and scalable enterprise application engineering.

You will be a core member of our Architecture Council, responsible for setting the standards for solution design, mentoring developers, and ensuring "no enterprise is left behind" by democratizing decision intelligence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in Java, Python, and NodeJS, capable of designing complex data-driven systems that leverage Cloud Platforms and modern DevOps processes.

Responsibilities :

- Architecture Council Governance : Lead the review of solution architectures for global customers, providing critical feedback to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.

- Standardization & Excellence : Define and enhance organizational standards for solution design and coding, ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects.

- Project Execution & Customer Interface : Participate in high-stakes project execution, serving as the primary technical liaison for customers and translating complex architectures for technical leads and developers.

- Modern Technology Mentorship : Upskill and mentor the development team in modern technologies, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent capable of applying the latest industry trends.

- Pattern Implementation : Design and implement diverse enterprise patterns, including High-Volume Batch Processing, Real-time Streaming, and Event-Driven architectures.

- Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy : Leverage deep expertise in Cloud Platforms to architect deployment patterns that optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

- DevOps & CI/CD Leadership : Establish and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to ensure friction-less software delivery and operational excellence.

- Thought Leadership & Innovation : Contribute to the organizational "Ideas Hub," identifying emerging technologies and industry trends that can be converted into potential revenue streams and competitive advantages for clients.

- Estimation & Planning : Apply standard estimation techniques to ensure project timelines and resource allocations are accurate and achievable.

Technical Requirements :

- Senior Architecture Experience : Minimum 14 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in architecting enterprise-grade applications.

- Multi-Stack Proficiency : Hands-on working knowledge of Java, NodeJS, and Python.

- Enterprise Toolsets : Expert experience with queuing mechanisms (RabbitMQ, Kafka), security frameworks, and application/database administration.

- Data Processing Mastery : Deep understanding of Batch and Streaming data processing patterns.

- Design Patterns : Expert knowledge of design, architecture, and deployment patterns (Microservices, Serverless, etc.).

Preferred Skills :

- AI/ML Integration : Experience architecting systems that integrate AI/ML models into traditional enterprise workflows.

- Decision Intelligence : Familiarity with analytics platforms that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

- Industry Certifications : TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect Professional, or similar.
