Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to oversee the technical delivery of projects, design solution architectures, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and will be adept at translating client requirements into actionable technical milestones.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for global clients.

- Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

- Create and manage project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth execution.

- Drive Agile and Scrum practices across teams.

- Ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.

- Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies.

- Proven experience delivering projects for international clients (US, UAE, Europe).

- Hands-on expertise in solution architecture, system design, and technical delivery.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
