Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.

- Work on one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, FSM, FSO, S2P, SPM/PPM/ITBM.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes and Workflows.

- Build and customize applications using Service Portal and UI Builder.

- Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth performance of ServiceNow applications.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and other developers to deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 36 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and development framework.

- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, FSM or SPM.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules and Client Scripts.

- Knowledge of Service Portal / UI Builder.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- CSA Certified System Administrator

- CAD Certified Application Developer

- Relevant CIS certification
