Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Constellation Developer / Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using the Pega Constellation framework. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC, Constellation UI architecture, case management, data modelling, and integrations.

The role involves owning end-to-end feature development, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to Pega development standards. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Pega Infinity 25.1 and experience working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Pega Constellation.

- Own end-to-end feature development, from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Build and configure Constellation-based user interfaces, ensuring usability, scalability, and consistency.

- Design and implement data models, data pages, and data mapping for business entities to Pega PRPC classes.

- Develop and maintain Pega rules, including flow rules, data transforms, activities, decision rules, and other application components.

- Implement and manage case management workflows, ensuring efficient business process automation.

- Design and develop integrations with external systems using appropriate Pega integration capabilities.

- Configure and maintain correspondence, listeners, import/export tools, and other Pega application components.

- Implement application security using Pega's security model, access groups, roles, privileges, and authentication mechanisms.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Contribute to Pega platform upgrade initiatives and ensure compatibility with newer platform versions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.

- Mandatory Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Constellation application development.

- Sound understanding of enterprise-level Pega application architecture and development.

- Strong knowledge of Pega Infinity 25.1 and its capabilities.

- Experience creating data models and mapping business entities to PRPC classes.

- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC features and the ability to independently own feature development.

- Good understanding of Pega's security model and application access controls.

- Familiarity with various Pega rule types, including Flow Rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, UI Rules, Correspondence Rules, and Integration Rules.

- Hands-on experience with case management, data modelling, and integrations.

- Experience working with listeners and Pega import/export tools.

- Strong understanding of Agile SCRUM development methodology.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Pega platform upgrades and migration across different versions.

- Exposure to large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.

- Experience in designing reusable application components and scalable solutions.

- Familiarity with Pega Constellation UI architecture and modern application development practices.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
