Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Develop canvas and model-driven applications based on business requirements.

- Build automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Work with Dataverse for data modeling, configuration, and integration.

- Develop and configure solutions using Copilot Studio.

- Create and customize AI-powered copilots and conversational experiences.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other business applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

- Follow best practices for application security, governance, performance, and deployment.

- Prepare technical documentation and support application releases and deployments.

- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps - Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps.

- Good experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.

- Hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio is required.

- Experience with Power Platform integrations and APIs.

- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams integration.

- Good understanding of application lifecycle management and Power Platform environments.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Power BI.

- Experience with Azure services and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.

- Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and deployment.

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently handle Power Platform development projects, interact with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable automation and application solutions.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
