Power Automate Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, with a strong focus on data integration, workflow automation, and business process automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, while also having strong experience with Azure services, APIs, data transformation, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities :

Power Automate & Power Apps Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

- Build custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Develop solutions to automate complex business processes and workflows.

- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Configure and maintain Power Platform solutions across different business requirements.

Business Requirements & Solution Design :

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.

- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions using Power Platform.

- Design workflow architectures and data flows based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Azure Integration :

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure Cloud services.

- Work with :

1. Azure Logic Apps

2. Azure Event Hub

3. Azure Storage

- Design and support cloud-based workflows and integrations.

- Apply Azure best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.

API & Data Integration :

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and web services.

- Work with JSON, XML, and other data formats.

- Build data integration workflows between Power Platform and external systems.

- Handle data mapping, transformation, validation, and orchestration requirements.

- Troubleshoot API and integration-related issues.

Data Mapping & Transformation :

- Perform data mapping and transformation using SQL and Snowflake.

- Work with complex data flows and multi-step orchestrations.

- Ensure accurate data movement between different systems and applications.

- Analyze data transformation requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Security :

- Implement Azure security best practices across cloud-based workflows.

- Ensure appropriate access controls and permissions are applied.

- Protect sensitive business data during integration and workflow execution.

- Follow organizational security and compliance requirements.

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for :

1. Processes

2. Workflows

3. Integrations

4. Configurations

5. Data mappings

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.

- Participate in requirement discussions, solution reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting where required.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

- Experience translating business requirements into Power Platform solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services, particularly :

1. Azure Logic Apps

- Strong experience with API integration and RESTful services.

- Experience working with :

2. XML

3. Other data formats

- Experience with data mapping and transformation.

- Strong SQL knowledge.

- Experience working with Snowflake.

- Understanding of complex data flows and orchestration.

- Good understanding of Azure security best practices.

- Strong technical documentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
