Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing and deploying AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, along with expertise in Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI-driven automation. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.

- Lead end-to-end Agentforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.

- Configure and manage Agent Studio, Topics, Instructions, Actions (TIA), Prompt Builder, and AI Agent Orchestration.

- Build and integrate custom Agentforce actions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and REST APIs.

- Develop intelligent workflows and automate business processes using Salesforce AI capabilities.

- Design and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud data models, ingestion pipelines, and data libraries.

- Implement vector search, grounding, retrieval optimization, and AI-powered knowledge retrieval.

- Ensure secure AI deployments by following Einstein Trust Layer, AI Governance, and Salesforce security best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

- Perform testing, debugging, optimization, and documentation of Agentforce applications.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce AI innovations and recommend best practices for enterprise AI adoption.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.

- At least one end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce implementation.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein Copilot.
