We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst in Hyderabad having 4+ years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills :

- Analyze and interpret Nielsen/NielsenIQ (NIQ) Retail Measurement Services (RMS) data to generate meaningful business insights.

- Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros.

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.

- Perform trend analysis, market performance tracking, category analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and business processes.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using VBA and Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

- 46 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst.

- Hands-on experience with Nielsen, NielsenIQ (NIQ), Retail Measurement Services (RMS), or Retail Measurement Services datasets.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

- Experience in business reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
