We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.

- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action when necessary.

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project status updates and issue escalation.

- Manage and mentor project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills & Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, client servicing, and team handling.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage project budgets, track financial performance, and drive revenue opportunities.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to project risks and challenges.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
