CMDB Architect - IT Infrastructure

Experience Requirements :

- 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 7+ years in ServiceNow CMDB architecture

Strong Expertise In :

- ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM (Common Service Data Model) - end-to-end adoption

- CI class modeling, service modeling, and dependency mapping

Proven Experience In :

- Large-scale CMDB implementations / transformation programs

- CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance frameworks

Deep Hands-on Expertise In :

- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)

- CI Identification rules, Data source precedence, reconciliation strategies

Strong Understanding Of CMDB Data Quality Management :

- Completeness, correctness, compliance, duplication control

- CMDB health dashboards and KPIs
