CloudRaptor - Oracle HCM Consultant - Redwood UI Customization

Position : Oracle HCM Consultant Functional

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning).

- Customize Redwood UI using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

- Manage approvals, workflows, and security setups (roles, AORs, duty roles).

- Prepare functional documentation and conduct regression testing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.

- Hands on expertise in Core HR and ORC.

- Strong knowledge of Redwood UI customization (VBS).

- Experience in end to end deployments and post GoLive support.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
