D365 Finance & Operations Consultant

Role Type : Contract (6 months)

Location : Remote/Offshore (aligned to Australian business hours)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FnO) Consultant to join our team on a 6month contractual basis. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting D365 FnO modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into D365 FnO solutions.

- Configure, customize, and deploy D365 FnO modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).

- Provide functional and technical support during implementation and postgolive phases.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for endusers.

- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with Australian business processes and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 FnO.

- Strong expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.

- Handson experience in configuration, customization, and integrations.

- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver within Australian business hours.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate.

- Experience working with Australian clients or exposure to APAC region projects.

- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Contract Details :

- Duration : 6 months (with possible extension based on performance and project needs).

- Engagement : Remote, aligned to Australian hours.

- Compensation : Competitive contract rates (to be discussed during hiring process).
