Position Overview :

- C#

- .NET Framework

Key Responsibilities :

- Build custom plugins, workflows, and actions using C#.

- Utilize Dynamics 365 Web API, RESTful services, Fetch XML, and OData for data access and

manipulation.

- Develop PowerApps and create automation flows in Power Automate integrated with

Dataverse.

- Build and maintain applications using .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Develop Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps for integration and automation.

- Create custom reports within Dynamics CRM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver quality

solutions.

- (Optional) Work with RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) in Dynamics CRM Field Service.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in plugin development (synchronous and asynchronous) and custom workflows.

- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework development.

- Experience with web services and API integrations.

- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Experience creating reports in Dynamics CRM.

- Familiarity with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM (Field Service) and PowerApps (preferred).

- Exposure to RSO in Dynamics CRM Field Service (plus point).
