ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures on AWS, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead the development of cloud-native applications using Golang and other relevant technologies.

- Implement and maintain event-driven system architectures, leveraging tools like Kafka for messaging and Redis for caching.

- Design and integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms into cloud-based systems, ensuring data security and compliance.

- Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal operation and scalability.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and software development

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud architecture and AWS/Azure services.

- Proficiency in Golang, with a strong understanding of its principles and best practices.

- Solid understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with event-driven architectures and related tools such as Kafka, Redis, and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT, and IAM policies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Experience with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer are a plus.
