Cloud Architect - AWS Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of cloud solutions on AWS.

- Define and execute cloud strategy, architecture governance, and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.

- Design highly available, secure, and cost-optimized architectures on AWS.

- Drive cloud migration initiatives (on-prem to AWS) and modernization programs.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for solutioning and RFP responses.

- Ensure compliance, security, and performance optimization of cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science or related field.

- 8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on AWS cloud architecture.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.

- Experience in designing microservices and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of security, networking, and cost optimization in AWS.

- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional) preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
