About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Intellimatch Consultant with strong expertise in Intellimatch Classic / Intellimatch NextGen to support enterprise reconciliation solutions within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SQL, database optimization, and production support while working in Agile environments.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Intellimatch Classic and/or Intellimatch NextGen

- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases

- Expertise in SQL and SQL Performance Tuning

- Experience in the Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets domain

- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Informatica or other ETL tools

- Experience with Autosys or Shell/Scripting

- Exposure to reconciliation platforms and financial data processing

- Experience working with global delivery teams

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, develop, and support Intellimatch Classic / NextGen reconciliation solutions.

- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for high-performance applications.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Perform production support, issue analysis, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, testing, and deployments.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

- Support application enhancements, performance tuning, and continuous process improvements.

- Work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver enterprise-scale reconciliation solutions.

Required Experience :

- 6.5 - 11 years of overall IT experience.

- Hands-on experience in Intellimatch implementation, customization, and support.

- Strong SQL programming and database optimization skills.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets projects.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex production issues.
