About the Role:

We are seeking a Workday Lead developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.

What you will be doing:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions.

- Develop integrations using Workday's integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, BIRT Reporting, Custom Reports, and Workday Integration Cloud Connectors.

- Leverage Workday's API capabilities to design and develop custom integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Define data mappings and transformations between systems to facilitate proper data synchronization and formatting.

- Identify and resolve integration-related issues, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.

- Develop and execute comprehensive integration test plans to ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy and bug fixing for existing Payroll integrations.

- Create documentation, technical specifications, and instructions.

Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments:

- At least 5 years of experience in integration design and development, with a focus on Workday integrations.

- Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, API development, and data mapping/transformation.

- Experience with Workday Studio, XML, and XSLT.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.

- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA for managing user stories, tasks, and sprints.

- Workday Integration Certification(s) preferred.
