We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow Solution Architecture, Platform Development, Integrations, and CMDB/CSDM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving platform best practices, and leading end-to-end implementation and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.

- Lead ITSM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and platform optimization initiatives.

- Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.

- Architect and implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog solutions.

- Design integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

- Drive CMDB, CSDM adoption, and CI relationship management strategies.

- Provide technical guidance to developers and administrators on ServiceNow platform capabilities.

- Support Agile delivery, UAT, production releases, and defect resolution activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define solution roadmaps.

- Develop reports, dashboards, SLA monitoring, and service performance metrics.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 10-16 years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow experience.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

- Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow data model architecture.

- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and service management lifecycle.

- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- CSA (Certified System Administrator)

- CAD (Certified Application Developer)

- CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM)
