Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) with strong expertise in US Healthcare, ETL, Data Integration, and Enterprise Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare stakeholders.

- Define and document Source-to-Target Data Mapping (STTM), transformation logic, and business rules.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Integration teams for enterprise data initiatives.

- Create functional specifications, process flows, data flow diagrams, and integration documents.

- Work on data ingestion, ETL processes, and system integrations.

- Support Agile delivery and participate in SDLC activities.

- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.

Required Skills :

- 6 to 9 years of Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Analyst experience.

- Strong US Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Provider, Membership, Enrollment, Clinical).

- Hands-on experience with ETL concepts, Data Warehousing, and System Integrations.

- Expertise in Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).

- Experience with API documentation and field mapping.

- Strong knowledge of Entity Relationship (ER) Modeling.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience.

- Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) exposure.

- Knowledge of healthcare data models and integrations.
