Responsibilities :
- Enhance/Maintain Salesforce implementations across business units, ensuring scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system errors with root-cause analysis.
- Design and implement scalable, reusable solutions (avoiding one-off fixes).
- Manage data hygiene : Data loads, deduplication, and archival strategies.
- Documentation : Maintain system architecture, integrations, and change logs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and governance (sandbox refreshes, release management).
- Ticket Management : Prioritize and resolve cases (Salesforce Cases, JIRA, or ServiceNow).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration : Security, Data Model, Access Control, Reports/Dashboards, Data Loader, and Flow Automation.
Advanced development skills :
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
- Integration patterns (Middleware like Boomi/MuleSoft preferred over custom code)
- Full SDLC participation : Requirement analysis, design, development, testing (unit/integration), deployment (CI/CD), and maintenance.
- Multi-org environment experience (mergers, acquisitions, or multi-brand setups).
- Performance optimization : Governor limits, bulkification, indexing, and best practices for scalability.
- DevOps & CI/CD : Version control (Git), Salesforce DX, metadata deployments, and sandbox management.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting : Proficient with Debug Logs, Developer Console, and Event Monitoring.
Certifications (At Least One Required) :
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (Bonus : Application Architect/System Architect certifications)
