We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support Patient Services and HUB operations within a pharmaceutical environment. This role will focus on AI?enabled solutions, workflow automation, data?driven decisioning, and Salesforce-based platforms to improve patient access, affordability, and overall support experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong Product Ownership experience, deep expertise in HUB models, hands?on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred), and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the product backlog for Patient Services and HUB capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Drive AI?enabled use cases, including workflow automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and operational efficiency improvements
- Partner with HUB operations, patient services teams, IT, vendors, and external partners
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Act as the voice of the customer and business, prioritizing backlog based on value, risk, and impact
- Support Salesforce-based solutions, including case management, enrollment, copay, benefits verification, prior authorization, and patient support workflows
- Collaborate with data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are explainable, scalable, and compliant
- Ensure solutions meet pharma compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, data privacy)
- Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders
Must-Have Skills :
- 7+ years in Product Owner / Product Management roles
- Strong experience in Pharma Patient Services and HUB operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred)
- Proven experience delivering AI-driven or automation solutions (workflow automation, analytics, OCR, NLP, intelligent routing)
- Strong understanding of HUB workflows : enrollment, benefits verification, copay, prior authorization, patient support
- Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Good to Have :
- Experience working with external HUB vendors and partners
- Exposure to data privacy, consent management, and compliance-heavy environments
- Experience supporting AI governance or explainability initiatives
