Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Pega Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications using the Pega platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pega v8.x, Case Management, and Integration concepts, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Pega PRPC (v8.x).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop workflows, case types, business rules, integrations, and user interfaces.

- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Support production releases and troubleshoot application issues.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical defects.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.

- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills:

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Pega Development.

- Strong experience with Pega PRPC v8.x.

- Good understanding of Case Management.

- Hands-on experience with Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP/Web Services).

- Experience in application design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and software development best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Java-based applications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to handle module-level ownership and lead small teams.

- Knowledge of the US Healthcare domain is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
