Position: ITOM Architect (ServiceNow)

Job Type : Fulltime

Location : Hyderabad (4-days Hybrid)

Shift timings : Comfortable to work from 3pm to 1am IST

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, AIOps, and Cloud Management, along with experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions across large enterprise environments.

- Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Operational Intelligence implementations.

- Design scalable integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.

- Define CMDB governance, data models, and best practices.

- Drive automation and AIOps initiatives for proactive incident management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural governance.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.

- Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Operational Intelligence / AIOps, and Cloud Discovery.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations.

- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience integrating monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, or SCOM.

- Excellent stakeholder management and architecture documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (Preferred)
