Position Overview :

The Cisco Training Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of Cisco training delivery operations. This role focuses on managing trainers, ensuring high-quality training execution, maintaining compliance with Cisco learning standards, and delivering exceptional learner experience across global engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Cisco training programs (ILT, VILT, Corporate & Customized Trainings).

- Plan, schedule, and monitor Cisco training engagements.

- Manage and mentor Cisco-certified trainers.

- Ensure compliance with Cisco Authorized Learning Partner (ALP) guidelines.

- Track trainer utilization, delivery KPIs, and learner feedback.

- Handle escalations related to training delivery and trainer performance.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, and curriculum teams.

- Ensure availability of trainers, labs, and courseware.

- Support audits and compliance reporting.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience managing Cisco training delivery.

- Strong understanding of Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).

- Stakeholder and trainer management experience.

- Excellent communication and escalation skills.
