Role Overview :

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within the Oracle ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance HCM configurations that drive efficiency across global HR operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless integration of Oracle HCM modules, directly impacting the quality of workforce data and the effectiveness of HR service delivery for our clients.

Required Skillset :

- Practitioner or expert level knowledge in tools : Fast Formula in any modules mentioned below.

- Need to only candidate who has experience in Fast Formulas.

- Experience in HCM Technical and OIC integrations.

- In depth knowledge in at least two of HCM Cloud Modules : Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, OTL, Taleo, OLC, Oracle recruit.

- Cloud certification will be an advantage.

- Very good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Direct client interaction experience will be an advantage.
