Job Type : Full-Time.
Experience Required : 8+ Years (6+ Years Relevant).
Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate : B. Tech / BE / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred) : CCNP / CCIE / F5 Certified.
Technical Skills :
Core Networking :
- Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches, Firewalls.
- Deep knowledge of Routing Protocols : BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP.
- Expertise in Switching Protocols : VRRP, HSRP, VTP, DTP, VLAN, STP, LACP, Inter-VLAN Routing.
Network Security & Load Balancing :
- Hands-on experience with VPNs, IDS/IPS, Firewall Policies.
- Knowledge of LLB, SLB, GSLB and load balancing architectures.
- Familiarity with Spine-Leaf Architectures (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN.
Advanced Troubleshooting :
- Skilled in packet-level analysis using tools for routers, switches, firewalls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP stack, diagnostics, and trace analysis.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced remote troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network and security issues.
- Assist customers with usage, configuration queries, and technical escalations.
- Handle network outages, performance issues, hardware failures with end-to-end resolution.
- Develop and implement solutions based on customer requirements and existing infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize network setups including firewall rules, VPN policies, and routing.
- Design, plan, and upgrade network systems for scalability and security improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for RMA, upgrades, and issue remediation.
- Monitor and identify alerts, alarms, and proactively resolve issues using standard protocols.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Review diagnostic logs, interpret system dumps, and apply known fixes for recurring issue.
