Purpose :

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator to manage, secure, and scale CIMET's multi OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux) and AWS cloud infrastructure.

This role is critical in ensuring ISO 27001 compliance, enterprise-grade security, and operational efficiency, while supporting employee lifecycle management and enabling CIMET's rapid growth as a leading SaaS comparison platform.

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Security & Compliance :

- Draft, implement, and maintain IT policies aligned with ISO 27001

- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans

- Ensure continuous compliance across systems, infrastructure, and processes

- Define and enforce security governance and best practices

2. Endpoint & Server Security :

Manage endpoint protection using :

- Windows Defender MDR

- CrowdStrike Falcon

- Enforce encryption standards:

- BitLocker (Windows)

- FileVault (macOS)

Implement :

- IAM, SSO, MFA

- Zero Trust security frameworks

- Harden Linux and Windows servers for production environments

3. System Administration :

Administer :

- Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V

Manage macOS devices via :

- Apple Business Manager

- MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf or equivalent)

Perform Linux administration :

- Patch management

- LVM configuration

- Reverse proxy/load balancing (HAProxy)

4. Cloud & Network Infrastructure :

- Manage AWS Cloud Infrastructure, including :

- EC2, S3, IAM, VPC

- Configure and maintain :

- Firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto)

- VPN solutions and secure network access

Optimize :

- Network performance

- Storage utilization

- Load balancing and high availability

5. IT Lifecycle Management & Support :

Automate :

- User onboarding and offboarding

- Access provisioning and deprovisioning

Use scripting tools :

- PowerShell, Bash, AWS Lambda

Provide L1/L2 IT support for :

- Hardware/software troubleshooting

- Remote access systems

- Ensure smooth IT operations across distributed teams

6. Native AI & Tooling :

Leverage AI tools such as :

- Claude Code

- Cursor

- GitHub Copilot

- Use LLM APIs to :

- Automate workflows

- Improve IT operations and support tasks

- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tooling

7. Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with :

- Product, Engineering, and Data teams

- Translate IT operations into business impact and insights

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing Success Metrics

Commercial Impact :

- Enable scalable IT infrastructure to support rapid workforce expansion

- Contribute to operational readiness for business growth targets

Execution & Delivery :

- Maintain agility in adapting systems and policies during scaling phases

- Ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding and system availability

Quality & Standards :

- Achieve and maintain ISO 27001 compliance across all IT operations

- Ensure high standards in security, uptime, and reliability

Capability Building :

- Automate IT workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

- Build scalable processes for access control and infrastructure management

Experience & Skills :

- Strong expertise in :

- Windows, macOS, Linux environments

- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- AWS Cloud Infrastructure

- Enterprise security tools

Hands on experience with :

- Linux-based servers and production environments

- Network security and firewall management

Proficiency in scripting :

- PowerShell

- Bash

- AWS Lambda

Strong understanding of :

- IT security best practices

- Identity and access management

Native AI Capability (Mandatory) :

- Daily usage of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in workflows

Strong prompt engineering for :

- Automation

- Documentation

- Troubleshooting

- Ability to operate in agentic AI workflows

- Understanding of AI limitations and validation practices

- Experience integrating LLM APIs into tools or workflows (preferred)

Professional Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor

- LFCS / RHCSA

- Jamf Certified Technician

- CrowdStrike Falcon Certification

Cloud Certifications (Advantageous) :

- AWS SysOps Administrator
