Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with 10 - 15 years of hands-on expertise in DB2, COBOL, and JCL. The ideal candidate should be open to learning new technologies and AI tools. Knowledge of SQL Server is recommended but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize mainframe applications using DB2, COBOL, and JCL

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and system enhancements

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mainframe environments

- Participate in modernization initiatives and explore integration with new technologies and AI tools

- Document technical solutions and contribute to process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in mainframe development (DB2, COBOL, JCL)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI tools

- Recommended : Knowledge of SQL Server

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Background :

- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus

- Exposure to modernization or digital transformation projects
