About the Role :

We are a leading global market research and insights firm embarking on an exciting transformation from a services-led organization to an AI-native SaaS product company.

We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead this transformation by modernizing our engineering organization, building scalable AI-powered products, and driving our product strategy from concept to commercial success.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-funded product transformation within an established business, working directly with executive leadership to shape the company's technology future.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the overall technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.

- Build and scale secure, cloud-native, AI-powered SaaS products.

- Transform the existing engineering organization into a high-performing product engineering team.

- Drive architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML, security, and scalability.

- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business strategy and product roadmap.

- Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class engineering leaders and technical talent.

- Establish engineering best practices for product delivery, DevOps, quality, security, and operational excellence.

- Lead AI adoption across the product lifecycle, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and automation.

- Deliver high-quality products that create measurable business value and accelerate SaaS growth.

Required Experience :

- 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products.

- Proven experience leading engineering organizations of 25+ engineers.

- Strong background in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI-driven product development.

- Experience driving engineering transformation and scaling high-performing product teams.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

- Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering.

- Experience leading a services-to-product transformation.

- Background in market research, analytics, data platforms, or insights technology.

- Experience building AI-native SaaS platforms from concept through commercialization.
