Role Overview :

Were looking for a senior technical leader to oversee system design and ensure our fast-moving engineering teams build solutions that are reliable, scalable, and costefficient.

In this role, you will be responsible for system architecture and best practices across multiple product and platform teams. You will mentor engineers, identify architectural debt, and promote structured decision-making frameworks.

Additionally, you'll foster a culture of operational excellence through observability and automation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology stack aligns with our business objectives and delivers an outstanding experience for our customers.

What makes you a great match for us ?

- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect), leading system architecture and best practices across product and platform teamspreferably in e-commerce.

- A hands-on approach to building foundational software that supports both product and platform teams.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive the technical roadmap with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What'll Help You Move Faster :

- Prior experience with ERP software such as Odoo, ERPNext, or similar platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, GCP, and AWS.

- A deep understanding of database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL systems.
