Role Overview :

As the Head of GenAI, you will lead the strategic direction, research, and implementation of Generative AI capabilities across Chat360s product suite. Youll work at the intersection of AI, product, and customer experience building systems that elevate how bots interact, understand, and engage with users in natural and intelligent ways.

Key Responsibilities :

GenAI Strategy & Vision :

- Define the roadmap for GenAI adoption across product workflows and platform modules.

Product Innovation :

- Design GenAI-powered features such as smart replies, auto-prompt generation, conversation summarization, and dynamic flow suggestions.

Model Integration & Optimization :

- Lead integration of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Anthropic) into platform capabilities; fine-tune for custom client use cases.

Cross-functional Leadership :

- Collaborate with product, engineering, solutioning, and delivery teams to bring AI features from idea to execution.

Data Governance & Ethics :

- Ensure responsible use of AI, including compliance, privacy, and bias mitigation.

AI Partner Ecosystem :

- Evaluate and collaborate with external GenAI APIs, model providers, and ecosystem players.

Thought Leadership :

- Represent Chat360s GenAI capabilities in client presentations, webinars, and industry events.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- 812 years of experience in AI/ML; minimum 23 years in Generative AI applications.

- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.

- Experience working with OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, or vector databases.

- Strong programming background in Python, familiarity with REST APIs and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP).

- Proven ability to translate research into scalable products.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Bonus: Prior experience in conversational AI, chatbot platforms, or SaaS product development.
