As an SAP Focused Run expert, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for the end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and analytics of complex SAP landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams and global clients to ensure the stability, performance, and security of their mission-critical SAP environments.

By leveraging the advanced capabilities of SAP Focused Run, you will drive proactive system health management, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of our clients' digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure SAP Focused Run solutions to provide comprehensive monitoring and alerting for hybrid SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability for business operations.

- Lead the implementation of Advanced Event and Alert Management to identify system bottlenecks before they impact end-users, thereby improving service reliability.

- Manage the integration of SAP Focused Run with existing SAP Solution Manager or third-party monitoring tools to create a unified view of the IT infrastructure.

- Perform root cause analysis on complex system incidents to provide actionable insights that prevent recurring technical issues for our global clients.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client IT teams to define monitoring KPIs and dashboards that align with specific business performance requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end configuration and administration of SAP Focused Run, including Advanced Monitoring and Analytics (IMA) and System Management.

- Strong technical proficiency in SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA administration, with a deep understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both internal project teams and external client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Proven capability to work in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across Pune, Chennai, or Bangalore, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with a proactive approach to learning new SAP technologies and industry best practices.
