Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong Functional knowledge to support in solutioning and Testing of CC&B/C2M related requirements

- Complete Knowledge on 'V' model and its various entities

- Complete knowledge on Transactional data flow within different modules of CC&B

- Complete knowledge on Billing, Customer and Payments module

- Complete knowledge on Metering, Credit & Collections and Field Orders dispatch

- Should possess sufficient knowledge on Customer contact, case Management and Todo management

- Should have good knowledge on various Base background processes (batches) available in CC&B

- Should have good knowledge on various Financial Transactions created and its integration with external financial system

- Working knowledge on Rates will be preferred

- Responsible for writing Test Scenarios based on Functional & Business Requirements

- Responsible for writing detailed test cases, Test Reports, Traceability matrix and Defect Status report

- Should have good experience on various Test Lifecycle management tools like HP ALM, IBM rational, JIRA etc.

- Should possess good SQL skills to extract test data

- Familiar with SOAP UI or XAI submission processes

- Should be able to prepare functional design documents

- Responsible to calculate the testing efforts estimates.

- Should be familiar with various CC&B configurations under Admin Menu.

- Should be able to identify the different system events for Algorithm spots.

- Should be familiar with application services for access management.
