Description :

We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Support Engineer with strong expertise in JCL and COBOL, along with hands-on experience in production support environments.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Strong experience in Mainframe technologies (JCL & COBOL) with 5 to 10 years of experience

- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

- Hands-on experience in Incident Management / Production Support

- Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools

- Good knowledge of Unix scripting

- Strong decision-making skills in production support scenarios

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Java APIs

- Experience working with Tomcat servers

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform test and validation activities for releases

- Provide release support and assistance

- Conduct regular application health checks

- Manage and resolve production incidents

- Work on small development/enhancement requests

- Handle patching and maintenance activities
