Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize NICE Actimize solutions based on business requirements.

- Design and implement AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance workflows.

- Create and maintain Actimize Risk Case Manager (RCM), Integrated Fraud Management (IFM), and Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) solutions.

- Develop custom Java components, SQL queries, and ETL processes to support Actimize applications.

- Integrate Actimize with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

- Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with NICE Actimize platform.

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and SQL.

- Knowledge of AML, KYC, Fraud Detection, and Financial Crime Compliance.

- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, SAM, IFM, or CDD modules.

- Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of financial regulations such as BSA, OFAC, FATF, and AML compliance.
