We, at CeX WeBuy Entertainment Private Limited, are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst at our Lower Parel, Mumbai office.

Job Title : Technical Operations Analyst

Reporting To : Technical Infrastructure Manager

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience : 5+ years

Shift Timings : Two days off per week

Responsibilities include :

- Improve the observability across our infrastructure through proactive monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.

- Strengthen security by identifying and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities.

- Build, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions.

- Continuously evaluate and improve technical processes and procedures.

- Drive and support infrastructure migrations and upgrades.

- Act as an escalation point for Senior Tech Support Engineers (L3).

- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides.

- Communicate effectively with senior management and the wider team.

- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

- 24/7 on-call availability to respond in the event of critical incidents.

Required Technical Skills :

- Advanced administration of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).

- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.

- Proficient in administering public cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Terraform & Ansible.

- Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting (IPsec, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

- Sound understanding of scripting tools like PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.

Required skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in both technical diagnostics and interpreting cost/performance data.

- Strong time management and prioritization skills.

- A collaborative and proactive approach.

- A commitment to staying current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
