Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture for enterprise Certinia PSA implementations.

- Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design end-to-end Certinia PSA architecture, including :

1. Resource Management

2. Project Management

3. Time & Expense

4. Revenue Management

5. Billing

6. Forecasting

7. Utilization

8. Financial Reporting

- Define application architecture, data models, security, and governance.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, functional consultants, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

- Lead solution design reviews and technical decision-making.

- Design enterprise integrations with Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems middleware, and third-party applications.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

- Mentor development teams and establish development standards and best practices.

- Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Experience:

- 10 to 15+ years of overall IT experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) experience.

- Minimum 3 to 5 end-to-end Certinia PSA implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect.

- Extensive Salesforce Platform experience.

- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale PSA solutions.

- Experience leading large, cross-functional implementation teams.

- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
