Role Overview :

As a Certified Workday Integration Consultant, you will serve as a technical bridge between business requirements and the Workday ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow between Workday and third-party systems. Working closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders, you will translate business needs into robust technical specifications, ensuring that every integration enhances operational efficiency and data integrity across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop sophisticated integration solutions using Workday Studio to meet unique client business requirements and complex data transformation needs.

- Configure and maintain Workday EIBs and Core Connectors to facilitate secure, automated data exchanges between Workday and external payroll, benefits, or financial platforms.

- Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design documentation, development, unit testing, and production deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration errors, ensuring high availability and performance of data interfaces during and after implementation.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to validate data mapping and ensure that all integrations comply with security standards and data privacy regulations.

- Provide technical guidance during the implementation phase, assisting clients in navigating Workday Integration Cloud updates and feature releases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing Workday integrations, with a proven track record of delivering solutions within the Workday Integration Cloud platform.

- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connector, with the ability to handle complex XML, XSLT, and web service configurations.

- Strong analytical capabilities to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical logic and scalable system designs.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by active Workday Integration certification.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones.

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation and integration development.
