We are seeking a highly skilled Celonis Technical Consultant / Technical Architect with strong expertise in Celonis Process Intelligence (EMS), data integration, process mining development, PQL scripting, dashboard creation, and process automation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Celonis Process Intelligence solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other enterprise processes.

- Build and maintain Celonis Data Models, Data Pools, Knowledge Models, and Process Analytics applications.

- Configure event logs, activity tables, case identifiers, data transformations, and process mining structures within Celonis EMS.

- Develop advanced Process Query Language (PQL) calculations, KPIs, custom metrics, analyses, and process insights.

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data extraction frameworks, data mapping, data quality validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning activities.

- Design and implement integrations between Celonis and enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other business systems.

- Design and develop operational and executive dashboards, custom visualizations, KPI scorecards, drill-down reports, and process monitoring solutions using Celonis Studio and Analysis.

- Design and implement Celonis Action Flows, workflow automation, and process execution management solutions to automate process interventions and exception handling.

- Implement Task Mining capabilities and support AI/GenAI-enabled process intelligence solutions to drive automation and data-driven decision-making.

- Define Celonis solution architecture, implementation standards, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices.

- Lead technical workshops, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews with business and IT stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Business Value Architects, Consulting, Delivery, and Presales teams to design scalable and high-performing Celonis solutions.

Functional Expertise :

- Strong expertise across Finance-to-Pay (F2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Controllership, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Hire-to-Retire (H2R), and Customer Service processes.

Industry Exposure :

Experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Automotive, High-Tech, Telecom, Financial Services and Shared Services organizations.

Required Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of overall IT experience, 3+ years of hands-on Celonis implementation experience.

- Strong expertise in PQL, SQL, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Development.

- Experience integrating Celonis with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.

- Proven experience in Celonis Action Flows and workflow automation.

- Strong problem-solving and technical consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Celonis Certified Analyst / Developer / Professional.

- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA data structures.

- Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, ServiceNow, UiPath, or other automation technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
