Celebal Technologies is seeking experienced Salesforce professionals to contribute to enterprise transformation, application modernization, and next-generation architecture initiatives.

The role requires a deep understanding of CRM business processes, application landscapes, data models, workflows, and integrations, and the ability to translate those capabilities into flexible, scalable future-state solutions.

This is not a conventional Salesforce implementation or administration role.

Key responsibilities - Salesforce assessment and architecture :

- Assess Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, metadata, data models, security, workflows, automations, and business processes.

- Review existing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

- Document the current-state landscape, application dependencies, business rules, data flows, and reusable capabilities.

- Identify modernization opportunities, constraints, and technical risks.

Key responsibilities - modernization and solution design :

- Translate Salesforce-based business capabilities into future-state application and integration architectures.

- Design modular applications, reusable services, API strategies, integration patterns, and data architecture components.

- Contribute to technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concepts, implementation planning, and design reviews.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, data engineers, cloud teams, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities - enterprise integration, data and AI :

- Design secure Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, collaboration platforms, and cloud services.

- Apply API-led, synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, and service-oriented integration patterns.

- Assess data ownership, relationships, quality, migration considerations, and access to CRM business capabilities.

- Support connected enterprise solutions involving modern data platforms, intelligent automation, and AI-driven applications.

Mandatory qualifications and technical skills :

- 8+ years of relevant technology experience with substantial hands-on Salesforce implementation and solution architecture exposure.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, CRM business processes, objects, relationships, metadata, and permissions.

- Ability to explain and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and platform customization.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, API security, and asynchronous/event-driven communication.

- Demonstrated ability to assess complex existing applications, map business capabilities, and develop technical architecture documentation.

- Hands-on solution design capability and willingness to participate in implementation, not only advisory work.

Preferred / good-to-have skills :

- Exposure to Azure, cloud-native applications, microservices, and modern application development.

- Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or other enterprise data platforms.

- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio integrations.

- Understanding of data migration, transformation, enterprise AI, intelligent automation, RAG, or agentic systems.

- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect credentials.

- Prior Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure experience is an advantage, not a prerequisite.

- Strong architecture fundamentals and learning agility are essential.

Ideal candidate :

- Understands end-to-end Salesforce implementations and the business capabilities they support.

- Can reason about how those capabilities could be redesigned across different platforms and integration boundaries.

- Combines architectural ownership with a practical, builder-oriented approach.

- Is motivated to broaden their expertise into cloud, data, enterprise integration, and AI.
