About role :

Join us as an Product Analyst/Associate Product Manager working across credit, wealth, collections and new product development. This is a high ownership role where you will build and scale lending, investment or recovery products while driving end to end user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch across credit, wealth and collections.

- Work with engineering, design, data and business teams to ship features fast.

- Build and optimize funnels for onboarding, underwriting, investments and repayments.

- Drive metrics like AUM, collections efficiency, retention and revenue.

- Use data and user insights to identify gaps and improve conversion and experience.

- Define PRDs, user journeys, experiments and dashboards.

- Track market trends, competitors and regulations to inform roadmap.

- Work on 0 to 1 product builds including new financial products and partnerships.

Requirements :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in product or fintech.

- Strong understanding or interest in lending and personal finance.

- Analytical mindset with basic SQL/Excel/Python skills, experience in data visualization (e.g., Power BI) a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving; ability to thrive in fast-paced startups.
