Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Carnation Infotech, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce implementations that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams on Salesforce development standards and best practices.

- Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to extend Salesforce functionality.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange solutions to meet specific business needs.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical presentations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, integration, and deployment strategies.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices for writing efficient and scalable code.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum of 7-16 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
