Role Overview :

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer at Carnation Infotech, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions using the Salesforce OmniStudio suite. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into robust and scalable applications. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline processes, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth by leveraging the power of OmniStudio within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop OmniStudio solutions, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures, to meet specific business requirements for our clients.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with external systems, enhancing data flow and system interoperability.

- Develop custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend the functionality of OmniStudio components and address unique business needs.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of OmniStudio solutions to ensure high quality and optimal performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for OmniStudio development within the organization, promoting consistency and efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), including FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

- Proven expertise in Apex development, including writing triggers, classes, and test methods, to customize and extend Salesforce functionality.

- Strong proficiency in developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring a modern and responsive user experience.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and time management skills.
