Role : Lead/Senior Product Designer (AI-Native)

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Product Designer who is a builder at heart. Your core mandate is to architect design - as - infrastructure - scaling robust design systems, driving high - fidelity visual excellence, and crafting intuitive, user - centric experiences. At CarDekho Group, we don't just use tools; we define workflows.

You will champion an AI - native craft, leveraging AI agents and agentic design workflows (e.g., Claude, Cursor - based system maintenance, and automated pattern generation) as a standard for extreme efficiency and systemic consistency.

Role & Responsibility :

- Design Systems as Infrastructure: Architect and scale a high - performance, component - based design system from the ground up across Web, Android, and iOS. Treat the system as a living product, ensuring it serves as the foundational infrastructure for all product squads.

- AI - Native System Governance: Implement AI - augmented workflows to manage system adoption, documentation, and versioning. Use AI to automate routine maintenance, audit consistency, and accelerate the evolution of tokens and atomic architecture. Emphasize design tokens, atomic architecture, and comprehensive documentation to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms.

- Rapid Iteration & Validation: Use AI - powered tools to prototype, iterate, and validate complex interaction patterns at 10x speed. Shift from manual pixel - pushing to high - level architectural decision - making and pattern generation.

- High - Fidelity Visual Storytelling: Deliver pixel - perfect, high - fidelity interfaces that balance aesthetic quality with functional requirements. You own the visual standard, ensuring every surface is both beautiful and performant.

- Inclusive UX/UI Standards: Champion usability and accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive design is baked into the system level rather than treated as an afterthought.

- Data - Driven Evolution: Drive end - to - end design for high - traffic surfaces, using funnel metrics and user data to iterate post - launch and refine the user journey. Mentor and elevate the craft of fellow designers, fostering a culture of high feedback and design excellence. Partner closely with Engineering and Product leads to balance build - vs - reuse tradeoffs and technical feasibility.

What We're Looking For :

- Proven experience scaling design systems in high - traffic, B2C, or e - commerce environments.

- 5 - 8+ years of experience in product design, with a deep portfolio demonstrating high - fidelity visual design, complex interaction patterns, and systemic thinking.

- AI - Augmented Design Fluency: Proven ability to leverage AI (Claude, Cursor, or similar agentic tools) as a primary workflow for architectural scaffolding, debugging design logic, and rapid scaling - not just as an experiment, but as a standard for delivery.

- Expert - level proficiency in Figma with a mastery of auto - layout, variants, and design system governance in high - traffic B2C environments.

- Exceptional ability to articulate design rationale and technical tradeoffs to Engineering and Product leads, focusing on ownership and end - to - end product impact.
